A degustation of dishes inspired by Chef Michael Stoke's favourite Tapas and expertly matched with our gorgeous boutique wines by winemaker Terry Monichino. Our harvest dinner showcases a passionate selection of local sun country on the murray product and dishes inspired by MIchaels time travelling and at sea, this is a night of glorious food you cannot miss.

Wood fired pizzafrom the forno with drinks out the front to kick things off. A nice little selection ofPiedamontese style anti pasto on tables upon seating. Wood fired capsicums, warm home pickled olives and of course our charcuterie cured meat selection. Tales from the sea!Slow forno roasted octopus, seared chorizo, blistered tomato , greens from the front garden , fennel and orange Port Arlington mussels, lightly steamed with lemongrass, coriander and pickled ginger,Fresh Narooma Swordfish ceviche , with lime, avocado and a touch of chilli,Spanish Paella Valencia, created in front of the guests, with all sorts of goodies. Chorizo, homemade pork sausages, seared chicken, smoky paprika etc etc. Too much fun! Hoi an roasted duck legs , with Morning Glory greens and 5 spice pan glaze.Yearling Venison ragout , with wood fired seared paddock mushrooms .With crisped royal blues , celeriac cream and watercress.Baby Josephine pears, poached then glazed inlate harvest Semillon,with homemade limoncello mascarpone and pistachio crumble. And to finish a Providores gathering with the best cheese and accompaniments that we can make and muster up.
